From the 4th of November to the 3rd of December 2016, Huberty & Breyne gallery is following closely in the footsteps of comic book artist Jacques de Loustal.
The exhibition “Toutes Directions” spans a thirty-year career and explores the multiple facets of an artist whose skills encompass both drawing and writing, and who is not only a great illustrator but also a great traveller.
A selection of emblematic original plates, travel sketches and gorgeous illustrations produced for press, film and literary purposes gives an insight into the rich and varied universe of an artist whose work has come to form part of our collective imagery.
