From 9 December to 31 December 2022, the Huberty & Breyne - Les Arts dessinés gallery is delighted to be hosting Miles Hyman?s solo exhibition ?Une Romance anglaise?.
Une Romance anglaise, published by Dupuis, revisits the Profumo affair, the biggest scandal to erupt in 1960s Britain. A complex weave of sex, politics and espionage, this latest collaboration between Miles Hyman and script writer Jean-Luc Fromental, co-creators of Le Coup de Prague, promises to be one of the stand-out albums of autumn 2022.
The exhibition combines a selection of the album?s most beautiful plates, executed in a mix of pencil and charcoal, and pastel drawings by the artist that have appeared in the press and in book form over the past thirty years.
