Presentation

This is the second time that the Huberty & Breyne has been involved with the Art Elysées art fair, and on this occasion the gallery is giving carte blanche to one of its key artists: Philippe Geluck.
Ensconced on Paris's legendary avenue, the Cat - one of the veritable icons of the Comics world - gives free reign to his characteristically sardonic humour, laughing merrily at Art with a capital "A", its history and its conventions.
In a series of paintings, original drawings, sculptures and silk prints, the Cat takes a good look at the art world and spares no one. From Christo to Lichtenstein, via Soulages, Munch and Fontana, everyone takes a hit - albeit a gentle one.
Jean-Claude Götting's most recent creations will also be on display on stand 112A before transferring to the walls of the Paris gallery for an exhibition of the artist's new works.
