From 5 November to 4 December 2021, the Huberty & Breyne Gallery is showcasing the work of a hugely prolific artist and sculptor - MIDAM, creator of the Kid Paddle and Game Over series.

A selection of original plates and sculptures and large-format watercolours on show for the first time gives some idea of the range of an artist inspired by both ultra-contemporary modes of visual expression and some of the greatest names in comic strip.

The themed exhibition takes viewers on a journey through a hybrid universe, introducing them to characters - such as the Blorks, the Princess and the Little Barbarian - embedded in contemporary creations with a distinctive Street Art flavour.

There is a book - Midam, un parcours d'artiste, published by Éditions Bern'Art - to accompany the exhibition, and on 29 October Éditions Dupuis will be bringing out the latest volume (17) in the Kid Paddle series - Tattoo compris.
