Bruxelles

8 > 21 May 2019

Presentation

Turk is an absolute workaholic ! Since the end of the 1960s, each of his creations, many of them produced in collaboration with Bob de Groot, has gone on to become a successful series.
Tintin magazine featured the adventures of Robin Dubois, of course, but also a very successful revival of Clifton, and this was followed by the immensely successful serie Leonard, in the pages of Achille Talon magazine.
In the year that marks the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci's death, Alain Huberty and Marc Breyne have very great pleasure in hosting in their Brussels gallery the first retrospective dedicated to the works of Turk, a master of Franco-Belgian humour.
From 8 May to 22 May, visitors are invited to come and enjoy original plates and illustrations by a cartoonist of incredible talent, whose style is inimitable and sense of pace unrivalled.
