An Event with Christian Quesnel on The Hound of the Baskervilles
The Huberty & Breyne Gallery, Paris | Chapon location, is pleased to present a selection of original drawings by Christian Quesnel for his new illustrated adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Hound of the Baskervilles, to be published in October 2026 by Éditions Callidor. The artist will be at the gallery for a book-signing on Saturday, October 24.
After brilliantly illustrating Bram Stoker's Dracula for this same collection in 2024, Christian Quesnel now turns his attention to one of the most famous novels featuring Sherlock Holmes. His unique visual style offers a fresh take on this essential classic of detective fiction.
To accompany this event, an exhibition of the original drawings created for the book will be on view at the gallery from Wednesday, October 21, through Saturday, October 24. This selection will showcase the artist's interpretive and illustrative work based on the writings of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
