Linnea STERTE L'invitation au voyage
Presentation
In Jardin de sphères, round shapes embedded in the ground conceal Gods. Some are broken, others remain intact. Over the centuries, civilizations rise and fall, dragons take flight, and higher beings wander. In Une rainette en automne (winner of the Fauve Revelation Award at the 2023 Angoulême International Comics Festival), we follow the coming-of-age journey of a little amphibian discovering the world.
In these two books by Linnea Sterte, published by Éditions de la Cerise, the same extraordinary narrative mastery sweeps you away to other worlds, transporting you elsewhere. Both offer an invitation to dream, brought to life through breathtaking artwork that lies somewhere between Moebius and Hayao Miyazaki. Linnea Sterte?s original pages overflow with a rare sensitivity, a truly concentrated dose of emotion.
